The outer diameter of the sealer is fastened to the coal seam hole wall to seal the holes at both ends of the hole sealer; when the pressure is greater than 2.0MPa, the blasting valve explodes and the liquid slurry fills the middle part of the two bags, thereby achieving multi-layer sealing. The gas drainage pipe is connected to the gas drainage pipeline to drain the gas.
