It is designed to handle suspensions containing sand, slag, and other solid particles, and typically features an open-type impeller.

The pump liner is generally divided into two types: wear-resistant metal and wear-resistant rubber. High-pressure water is injected into the sliding parts of the pump shaft to prevent mud and sand from entering these areas. This pump is suitable for conveying liquids with coarse solid particles larger than 48 mesh.
